The Diagnostic Inventory for School Alignment (DISA) is an organisational diagnostic survey that reports on school achievement and areas for growth. This tool provides awareness of the areas for schools to focus on for their strategic planning. After our analysis of your data and production of the report, we continue to liaise with you to develop a deeper understanding of the impact of this data in your context.
School Improvement Processes: Diagnosing, Creating, Actioning involves our facilitation with your school-based team in building capacity for their leadership of engaging the school’s professional community. This is a custom-built product of workshops and ongoing support enabling the school-based team to create and action a school’s Vision for Learning (V4L©) (includes a Vision statement and a Schoolwide Pedagogical framework (SWP©)).
Time to Talk is an innovative approach to mastering the skills and strategies for engaging professional communities in effective conversations. We work with school-based teams to build their capacity for leading and conducting professional conversations in their contexts.
