About Us
Ciré is an ancient textile process of waxing and heating to produce a smooth shiny surface. The acronym CIRE inspires and supports education communities to reimagine a process that engages with their vision and goals.
Education leaders, leadership teams, aspiring leaders, and middle level leaders are encouraged to build leadership capacity, align their visions ad goals, and enhance effective professional learning communities.

Biographies
Dr Dorothy Andrews, BA, Dip Ed, MEdSt, PhD, FACEL is an Honorary Professor at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), Australia.
This is now an exciting new phase of my education career. I have held teaching and administration positions in schools in New South Wales, Northern Territory, and Queensland, and academic research positions as Professor at the UniSQ. I have led longitudinal studies tracing the impact of whole school improvement processes on students, staff, and school leaders, and collaboratively developed an understanding of leadership, called parallel leadership, where the principal engages with teacher leaders to develop organisational capacity for ongoing school improvement. As a Fellow and Life Member of Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL) and a long-term active member of several professional organisations, I have broad expertise in educational leadership and management.

Dr Joan Conway, Dip T, BEd, MEd, PhD, FACEL is an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), Australia.
I have held teaching and administration positions in schools in Queensland and Papua New Guinea, and academic research positions as Associate Professor at the UniSQ. My research embraces the areas of educational leadership, school improvement processes, capacity building for sustainability of professional learning cultures, and professional learning with specific interests in teacher leadership. As a Fellow and Life Member of Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL) and a long-term active member of several other professional organisations, I am an active proponent of the power of collaborative meaning-making, collective intelligence, and capacity building for sustainability in school-based teams. I now look forward to the possibility of working with you and your team.
